This Agreement, titled "Guardian Consent Agreement," is effective starting from 2024. It is entered into by and between (Feature/Short Writing Contest) and the Model's Guardian ("Guardian(s)").

This Agreement addresses the following: The writer has enlisted the services of a minor named Minor, who is of age [insert number] and was born on [insert date of birth]. This engagement falls under the Agreement mentioned below, referred to as "Minor's Authorization," and is to participate in the Writing Contest described in detail within (the "Project").

Accordingly, warrants demonstrate that Guardians are the legal guardians of the Participant and are responsible for the care, custody, and control of the Minor. Guardians guarantee that no other person's permission is needed to grant the rights mentioned here.

Once the payment is received or you become a member, the entry form, your story or stories, and a headshot photograph will be considered your official entry into the competition.
We accept all genres.
All writing must be in English.
Feature-length pages (100 -130) are accepted.
Short-length pages (35-55) are accepted.
Non-Members are required to pay the complete amount to participate in contests.
Members can join any competition at no cost. Fill out the entry form for every story you want to enter.
To meet the submission requirements, it is necessary to submit all screenplays for any contest before the specified deadline.
The announcement of the winners will take place on the final day of the competition.

Kindly submit a picture of yourself without wearing a baseball cap or sunglasses. Once the Winner is revealed, our website will showcase their headshot as the official Winner.
Please complete the entry form to ensure its return along with the entry fee and screenplay, thus excluding you from participating in the contest. Should you choose to pay using a credit card, we will reimburse your fee within five to seven business days. It is important to note that weekends are not recognized as business days.
The awards' recipients will be notified via email or certified mail within seventy-two hours (72 hours) after the completion of the contest.
The prize recipient is responsible for covering all taxes, fees, and charges imposed by federal, state, and local authorities. Moreover, to comply with tax regulations, the recipient must furnish their social security number to Stone Knight Productions. It is important to note that taxes must be paid if the cash prize surpasses $100.00, as determined by applicable federal, state, and local tax legislation.

When you submit your screenplay, you affirm it is your unique story. You also have the authority to give permission to SKW (Stone Knight Writers) or SKP (Stone Knight Productions) to use your screenplay, as detailed in Paragraph 14 below. Furthermore, you commit to safeguarding and releasing SKW or SKP, along with their managers, agents, subsidiaries, licensees, and assigns, from any claims or concerns of the copyright, service mark, trademark, or any other rights of a third party concerning your submitted screenplay for this competition.
By accepting their prize, the Winner grants SKW or SKP, along with its managers, agents, subsidiaries, and licensees, the non-revocable, perpetual, royalty-free, and non-compensatory right to utilize their story, a summary of it, their name, likeness, photograph, city, and state. This includes displaying, transmitting, publishing, and using these elements in any manner or on any media platform. Such usage encompasses the SKP website and other associated websites where SKP has established a web page. This is for promotional and advertising endeavors in any form and through any medium, including radio broadcasts, print media, television or film releases, streaming services, Internet distribution, the SKP website, other associated websites, and picture data storage. The winning (Synopsis or full screenplay) will only be employed for promotional or advertising purposes.

The successful individual must verify their age and identity by presenting their driver's license or another acceptable form of photo identification, as well as their social security number, to SKW or SKP within fifteen (15) days starting from the day they receive the notification. If the Winner fails to provide this information within the designated timeframe, they will lose their prize.
Your entry must consist of an authentic screenplay written in English. Unauthorized adaptations are strictly forbidden unless you possess the necessary rights for the adapted material. It is imperative that the screenplay you submit has not been previously published, produced, sold, or placed under option at the time of submission, nor should it be in any form of negotiation for these statuses. Please ensure that each page is numbered consecutively and refrain from writing on the spine of the script. Any personal information should only be included on the entry form accompanying each screenplay.
When you submit your work, please include a summary of up to one page for a full-length or short screenplay. The summary should only include your name and the title of your screenplay. You are welcome to use a two-minute video to present your story.
The judges' identities will be undisclosed, and their rulings will be deemed conclusive.

Collaboration is allowed when writing screenplays. However, the entry form must include the names and details of each writer and be signed by all writers involved. If a collaborative script is selected as the Winner, all co-writers listed on the entry form will be recognized as the owners of the work. In such cases, the prize will be divided equally among the co-writers by SKW.
Please keep the original documentation of your narrative for your files.
The total number of entries received determines the likelihood of winning.
The announcement of the Winner will be published on our website, Stone Knight Productions, as well as on the Facebook page of Stone Knight Writers. Once the contest period is over, the Winner will receive a notification by email or mail.
SKW retains the authority to terminate or conclude this competition without advance notice. It should be noted that SKW requires additional submissions. If SKW does not receive adequate entries, the competition will be called off, and all fees paid by the writer(s) will be refunded.
