This Agreement, titled "Guardian Consent Agreement," is effective starting from 2023. It is entered into by and between (Feature/Short Writing Contest) and the Model's Guardian ("Guardian(s)").

This Agreement addresses the following: The writer has enlisted the services of a minor named Minor, who is of age [insert number] and was born on [insert date of birth]. This engagement falls under the Agreement mentioned below, referred to as "Minor's Authorization," and is to participate in the Writing Contest described in detail within (the "Project").

Accordingly, warrants demonstrate that Guardians are the legal guardians of the Participant and are responsible for the care, custody, and control of the Minor. Guardians guarantee that no other person's permission is needed to grant the rights mentioned here.

Guardians have the full authority to give consent for the Minor to participate in the Project. As a result of this consent, Guardians permit the Minor to execute the Minor's authorization.

Guardians acknowledge that they have read the Minor's Authorization, understand all the terms, agreements, and conditions stated in it, have had the chance to seek independent legal advice concerning the Minor's Authorization, and will not withdraw their consent while the Minor is under legal age.

The person in charge accepts that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Agreement's terms, conditions, grants, and waivers.

The person in charge also acknowledges that the rights and releases conveyed under this Agreement are essential to written content. If the Writing Contest lost these rights, it would be difficult to compensate with monetary damages.

The person in charge now promises and guarantees that they, along with the Minor, will not disapprove or reject this Agreement at any time, whether as a minor or an adult. Currently, the person in charge consents to the creation, distribution, display, performance, and any other form of utilization, including advertising and publicity, of the product or finished product as described in the Minor's authorization.

The guardians agree to fully cooperate with the Writing Contest by providing information and completing necessary documents as requested by the Writing Contest.

This Agreement applies to the authorization for the Minor and any modifications, extensions, amendments, or other agreements between the Writing Contest and the Minor that may replace or supplement the initial authorization.

The guardians agree that this document is the Agreement between the parties regarding all the matters mentioned here. Any of the parties involved has not influenced its execution and is not included as a part of their incorporation. No changes or modifications to this Agreement will be considered valid unless they are outlined in writing and signed by both parties.

This Agreement will be beneficial and binding for all the parties involved, including their successors, assignees, licensees, next of kin, heirs, administrators, executors, officers, and agents. If any part of this Agreement is deemed unlawful, void, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain valid and effective.
